KIM

NICOLE MAZZINI KEARNS

Nicole is a Venezuelan native who earned her law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela.  She has worked as a Paralegal in the field of personal injury for the past 4 years, and recently joined the team at Kruger & Hodges.  She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Nicole resides in Cincinnati and has been an Ohio resident since moving to the US 6 years ago. She is married and is a parent to 2 dogs and 2 cats.  She is also an avid plant mom and could shop for houseplants all day if you let her.

MICHA WIELAND

Micha Wieland works in our Hamilton Office at the front desk and makes sure all clients and visitors are welcomed with her positive attitude.  She is a 2020 graduate of Lakota East High School where she was very involved.  While in high school she was a cheerleader, played lacrosse, and was President of Senior Advisors where she planned all the fun school events.

She loves to stay busy.  While studying Pre-law at UC she has held jobs as a hostess, a server, and worked front desk at a gym.  However, she really wants to be a lawyer, so now she is putting her people skills and enthusiasm to work for us while learning about the legal field.

In her spare time, she likes hanging out with friends and volunteering as a cheer coach.

We are so lucky to have her on the team.

BRANDI GULLETT

Brandi Gullett started working with Kruger and Hodges in August of 2022. She is helping us as our Legal Secretary. Brandi’s main job is to assist our attorneys and clients to ensure their cases move along as smoothly as possible.

She is a graduate of Miami Trace High School and life-long resident of Fayette County. Prior to coming on board with K&H Brandi was a stay at home mom to her 3 kids for the past 10+years, during which time she also started her own photography business.

STEPHANIE REINCHELD

Stephanie works at our Circleville office as our Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator. She is an artistic person who enjoys painting and drawing. She also owns her own photography business and participates in community events often donating her services to sensory-friendly events for children. She is a passionate advocate for children with disabilities and works part-time as a tutor. She understands all children learn differently and enjoys finding new ways to help each child succeed to the best of their ability. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married and has two beautiful teenage daughters and two beautiful bonus daughters as well.

HANIEN ALCHAHAL

Hanien is a trilingual individual, fluent in Arabic, Spanish, and English. She was born and raised in Ohio, where she currently resides. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish from Xavier University.
With a passion for law, Hanien is currently pursuing a certificate in paralegal and legal studies at the University of Cincinnati to further enhance her knowledge and skills in the field. Her dedication and commitment to her studies are evident in her academic achievements and plans to go to law school.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Hanien is a newlywed and shares her home with her six cats, whom she adores. She used to work in a local grocery store and over the four years really developed a passion for helping the local community.
With her language skills, educational background, and passion for the law, Hanien is poised to make a meaningful impact in her community and beyond.

SHANIA PETERSON

Shania is a 21-year-old professional working as a Receptionist at Kruger and Hodges Hamilton office. Her biggest focus is making sure every client gets the best service possible. Beyond the legal world, Shania has a passion for literature and creative expression. You’ll often find her immersed in reading and crafting short stories. When she’s not lost in words, she’s busy spending quality time with her three cat companions, indulging in art and crafts, and letting her imagination run wild on paper.

JESSICA GRIFFITHS

Jess works out of our Hamilton office and is a 2018 graduate from Loveland High School, and a 2022 Graduate from the University of Cincinnati where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her degree in political science. She is going into her third year of working as a personal injury paralegal, and this is a position she is passionate about and greatly enjoys. She loves to learn, and plans on attending either graduate school or law school. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her three siblings.

SIERRA BAILEY

Sierra is in her final year of law school at Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky. While at Chase, she has participated in the Kentucky Innocence Project as an Extern, a student representative for the Student Bar Association, completed Pro Bono work at Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, and is a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

Before attending law school Sierra graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and English. She lives in Cincinnati with her 2-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever. In her (limited) free time right now, Sierra enjoys running, painting, and spending time outside with her dog.

Sierra is excited to continue her legal career with Kruger and Hodges, upon graduation and passing the BAR exam.

Chelsea Johnson

CHELSEA JOHNSON

Chelsea graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Cleveland State University and earned a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During law school, Chelsea was a Law and Leadership Scholarship recipient and served as Lead Brief Writer on the Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. Additionally, she was a Certified Legal Intern in Case Western’s Health Law and Human Trafficking Clinic where she applied her legal expertise to address complex issues in health law.

Chelsea has extensive experience as a litigation paralegal both throughout law school and beyond. She recently moved to Hamilton from Chicago with her two cats that she adores, Zuri and Emi.

McKayla Wallen

MCKAYLA WALLEN

McKayla works at our Hamilton office as an intake coordinator. While she is new to the legal field, she is eager to learn and develop in her new position with the company. Outside of working, McKayla enjoys spending her free time with her children.
