I had a difficult case, but Josh Hodges and his staff did an incredible job helping me!!! I felt he took time to help me any time I had questions or concerns. He was always prompt with communications too. I felt like he very much cared for my case & my well being throughout everything. His staff was just as nice, helpful and efficient as well! My wife was in a car accident a few months ago, which she was blindsided badly, causing damage to her body and the car was totaled. Being frustrated and shanken up we immediately started looking for a car accident lawyer. This law firm Krugers and Hodges gave us an outstanding consultation with Josh who was courteous, professional, timely, extremely knowledgeable and attentive to detail, immediately relieving some of our fears and frustration. Excellent attorney!! Worth every penny. He was in constant communication. He helped get the best outcome possible in a difficult case in Fairfield. I had called a lot of attorneys for their quote to help me and Scott Kruger was the cheapest and by far the best! He is a very busy man but still gives you 100% effort and cares.

Scott was very professional and helpful throughout my whole case. He was always willing to help in any way needed and answered all my questions as needed. It was a rough situation and he was able to make it turn out as best as possible. He was easily reachable and if he was not able to help at the time he would get back within a timely manner. Nicole and Josh were AMAZING! I've dealt with Attorneys in the past and this is the best one I have ever worked with. They are always on top of things, always answering questions, returning calls and emails right away. They made the experience so EASY and very personal. Never once did I feel like they were in it just for money, they really cared about the well being of my son and grandma that were injured. They called several times checking on them and made sure they got them everything they deserved. I will use no other Attorney but Kruger & Hodges especially Josh and Nicole they were both so friendly and kind in such a stressful time.

I cannot recommend Mr. Burgess enough. I paid for his initial consultation which ended up running VERY long because my case was complicated. He NEVER made me feel rushed, never cut me short, or tried to hurry me along. He listened to all of my concerns and offered me a lot of very valuable advice. Though I wasn't able to use his services in my case (as mine was a custody case), he continued to be extremely helpful to me both through email and over the phone at no extra charge. He went FAR above and beyond not only to get me in touch with other attorneys he trusted to help with my case, but also went out of his way to research case law that helped me as well. I genuinely wish he was still in family law, as I would trust him completely with that which means the most to me in this world- my daughter. He's proven to not only be dedicated and caring, but trustworthy, straightforward and honest. If you want someone who will be straight and honest with you, but also take you seriously and fight for you as if he were fighting for his own family, seriously look no further. I genuinely cannot recommend him enough.

The law firm is called Josh & Hodges but it should be called Nicole’s! Working with these guys was amazing! Josh was the perfect lawyer. Sympathetic in the beginning and understanding to me but cruel and mean to the insurance company. He got me every dime I rightfully was owed. Now Nicole… this is where it gets good. Nicole is like the female Batman and Robin. Without Nicole, I couldn’t see my experience being any better. Nicole would call me frequently and check on me. Constantly give me a heads on when I would be getting phone calls. Even offered advice on how to handle negotiations on my cars value. I hope to never have a car wreck again but if I do by some miracle. I’ll be back calling Josh & Hodges but then politely ask to speak with Nicole lol.

If you have a court case and you really want justice…..you’ll wanna contact Kruger & Hodges. I just walked out of the courthouse after going to trial with my head held high knowing that justice was served, and a reinstated confidence in myself. Despite turning down an incredibly generous plea deal at the absolute last minute, Mr. Kruger still went to trial the same day and won my case. I used to get in a lot of trouble when I was younger, and I alway took my charges, did my jail time, and got it over with, because I knew I was in the wrong. Now I’m a Husband, a Father, and a Provider for a beautiful little family, so It’s very important that I set a good example for my children through my actions and not just my words. That’s why today’s trial was so important. I knew I was innocent, and my family knew it as well. And despite all the obstacles, Mr. Kruger made sure that he was able to prove it.“It’s not so much what we accomplish in life that matters…it’s the light from the footprint we leave upon the hearts of our Children that shines for generations to come.”
