Josh meets with Jeanne Pope with the city-wide internship program for Hamilton, Ohio. It is also known as CHIPS. Chips started in 2020 and the main focus is young people of color ages 16-30 that live in the city of Hamilton and surrounding areas. The program implements four pillars that help each person learn skills to move up in the workforce and better their life overall.
