
NICOLE MAZZINI KEARNS
Nicole is a Venezuelan native who earned her law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela. She has worked as a Paralegal in the field of personal injury for the past 4 years, and recently joined the team at Kruger & Hodges. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Nicole resides in Cincinnati and has been an Ohio resident since moving to the US 6 years ago. She is married and is a parent to 2 dogs and 2 cats. She is also an avid plant mom and could shop for houseplants all day if you let her.

MICHA WIELAND
Micha Wieland works out of our Hamilton office as an intake coordinator, where she has been a dedicated part of the team since 2021. She plays a key role in guiding new clients through the legal intake process. She is responsible for signing up cases, gathering essential information, and ensuring that each matter moves forward efficiently and accurately. With a compassionate and client-focused approach, Micha helps create a smooth and supportive experience from the very first point of contact.
Outside of work, Micha enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves reading and attending concerts whenever she gets the chance.

BRANDI GULLETT
Brandi Gullett started working with Kruger and Hodges in August of 2022 as a Community Outreach Coordinator. She transitioned to the legal team as a Legal Assistant and was quickly promoted to the role of Case Manager. Her main job is to assist our attorneys and clients to ensure their cases move along from start to finish as smoothly as possible.
She is a graduate of Miami Trace High School and life-long resident of Fayette County. Her free time mostly belongs to her 3 kids’ sports schedules, but she is also a big fan of all types of music, true crime, reading and the Philadelphia Eagles.

STEPHANIE REINCHELD
Stephanie is a skilled case manager at Kruger and Hodges, where she brings compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to each client’s case. With a strong commitment to helping individuals navigate difficult times, she works closely with clients to ensure they feel supported and understood throughout the legal process.
Outside of her professional role, Stephanie is a creative spirit who enjoys painting and drawing. She also owns a photography business and is actively involved in her community—often donating her time and services to sensory-friendly events for children. A passionate advocate for children with disabilities, Stephanie believes in the importance of inclusivity and individualized support.
When she’s not working, Stephanie cherishes spending time with her family and friends. She is married and the proud mother of two daughters, as well as two beautiful bonus daughters. Her blend of creativity, empathy, and professionalism makes her a valued part of both her workplace and her community

HANIEN ALCHAHAL
Hanien is fluent in Arabic, Spanish, and English. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Xavier University and a certificate in Paralegal and Legal Studies from the University of Cincinnati. Hanien has been with the firm for three years and plans to attend law school to further her career and expand her work in the legal field.

SHANIA PETERSON
Shania is a 21-year-old professional working as a Receptionist at Kruger and Hodges Hamilton office. Her biggest focus is making sure every client gets the best service possible. Beyond the legal world, Shania has a passion for literature and creative expression. You’ll often find her immersed in reading and crafting short stories. When she’s not lost in words, she’s busy spending quality time with her three cat companions, indulging in art and crafts, and letting her imagination run wild on paper.

MCKAYLA WALLEN
McKayla is an intake coordinator at Kruger and Hodges where she has been a dedicated part of the team since 2024. Known for her attention to detail and empathetic approach, McKayla is often the first point of contact with new clients, helping them feel heard and supported from day one. Her role bridges client care and case coordination, ensuring a smooth intake experience for both the clients and the legal team.
In her spare time, McKayla enjoys listening to music and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her warm personality and people-first mindset carry her through both her work and personal life.

BROOKE PEABODY
Brooke Peabody serves as the Outreach Marketing Coordinator, leading outreach and marketing initiatives across all of our locations and beyond. With a strong background in social work, she previously worked with survivors of domestic violence—an experience that fuels her passion for meaningful connection and community support.
A 2009 graduate of Springfield CTC, Brooke studied Medical Assisting before finding her niche in outreach and communications. Originally from Clark County, Ohio, she has also lived in North Carolina and Washington, D.C., gaining a broad perspective that enriches her work.
Outside of her professional role, Brooke is deeply involved in her local community. She and her children volunteer monthly at their local food pantry, a tradition that reflects her values of service and compassion. In her downtime, she enjoys listening to music, spending time with her family, watching or listening to true crime shows and podcasts—and admittedly, always has something on her mind!
Fun fact: Both of Brooke’s children have middle names inspired by baseball players—a nod to her family’s love for the sport. Brooke’s blend of creativity, empathy, and drive makes her an invaluable part of our team.

ANTONELLA GIANNITTI
Antonella is a Colombian Attorney who has been working with US Law Firms since she got her law degree. She has been a paralegal, a trainer, and a Team leader. She is able to speak fluent English, Spanish, and a little bit of Italian. Antonella loves art so she spends a lot of time drawing and painting, and enjoys traveling and meeting new people all the time.

SARAH SHALASH
Sarah holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Political Science, with a Minor in Arabic and a focus on Cybersecurity, from the University of Cincinnati. Her academic background and professional experience have shaped her strong interest in international humanitarian law. Formerly, she worked as a Constituent Advocate for the United States Senate. Now, she is working with Kruger & Hodges as our case manager.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Sarah serves as the Vice Curator for the Cincinnati Global Shapers Hub, supporting local initiatives, and is a project fellow with the Institute for Global Negotiation (IGN). She enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures, which deepen her understanding of global issues and diverse perspectives.
