Nicole is a Venezuelan native who earned her law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela. She has worked as a Paralegal in the field of personal injury for the past 4 years, and recently joined the team at Kruger & Hodges. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Nicole resides in Cincinnati and has been an Ohio resident since moving to the US 6 years ago. She is married and is a parent to 2 dogs and 2 cats. She is also an avid plant mom and could shop for houseplants all day if you let her.
Micha Wieland works in our Hamilton Office at the front desk and makes sure all clients and visitors are welcomed with her positive attitude. She is a 2020 graduate of Lakota East High School where she was very involved. While in high school she was a cheerleader, played lacrosse, and was President of Senior Advisors where she planned all the fun school events.
She loves to stay busy. While studying Pre-law at UC she has held jobs as a hostess, a server, and worked front desk at a gym. However, she really wants to be a lawyer, so now she is putting her people skills and enthusiasm to work for us while learning about the legal field.
In her spare time, she likes hanging out with friends and volunteering as a cheer coach.

Brandi Gullett started working with Kruger and Hodges in August of 2022. She is helping us as our Legal Secretary. Brandi’s main job is to assist our attorneys and clients to ensure their cases move along as smoothly as possible.
She is a graduate of Miami Trace High School and life-long resident of Fayette County. Prior to coming on board with K&H Brandi was a stay at home mom to her 3 kids for the past 10+years, during which time she also started her own photography business.
Stephanie works at our Circleville office as our Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator. She is an artistic person who enjoys painting and drawing. She also owns her own photography business and participates in community events often donating her services to sensory-friendly events for children. She is a passionate advocate for children with disabilities and works part-time as a tutor. She understands all children learn differently and enjoys finding new ways to help each child succeed to the best of their ability. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married and has two beautiful teenage daughters and two beautiful bonus daughters as well.
Shania is a 21-year-old professional working as a Receptionist at Kruger and Hodges Hamilton office. Her biggest focus is making sure every client gets the best service possible. Beyond the legal world, Shania has a passion for literature and creative expression. You’ll often find her immersed in reading and crafting short stories. When she’s not lost in words, she’s busy spending quality time with her three cat companions, indulging in art and crafts, and letting her imagination run wild on paper.
Jess works out of our Hamilton office and is a 2018 graduate from Loveland High School, and a 2022 Graduate from the University of Cincinnati where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her degree in political science. She is going into her third year of working as a personal injury paralegal, and this is a position she is passionate about and greatly enjoys. She loves to learn, and plans on attending either graduate school or law school. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her three siblings.
McKayla works at our Hamilton office as an intake coordinator. While she is new to the legal field, she is eager to learn and develop in her new position with the company. Outside of working, McKayla enjoys spending her free time with her children.
Brooke Peabody is our community outreach coordinator for Clinton and Fayette County, serving Wilmington and Washington Courthouse. Originally from Springfield, Ohio, Brooke returned to her roots after spending time in Washington, D.C., and North Carolina while her husband served in the Marines. With 14 years of marriage and three amazing kids – two of her own and one bonus son – family and community are her top priorities.
With a background in social work, Brooke initially focused on supporting survivors of domestic violence. Now, she brings her dedication to connecting with residents, organizing events, and fostering relationships with local organizations. When she’s not coordinating outreach initiatives, Brooke and her kids volunteer at the local food pantry, showing her commitment to making a positive impact in her community.

Antonella is a Colombian Attorney who has been working with US Law Firms since she got her law degree. She has been a paralegal, a trainer, and a Team leader. She is able to speak fluent English, Spanish, and a little bit of Italian. Antonella loves art so she spends a lot of time drawing and painting, and enjoys traveling and meeting new people all the time.
